Refunds
Full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve it, we send it to print and the order is final — except for our error.

Our error
If your printed book doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint it at no cost. This doesn't cover something you approved that came from our layout tool — if you saw it in the proof and approved it, that's what prints.

Shipping
Printing and shipping take about 3 weeks from the day you approve your proof.

Gifts
An unactivated gift can be refunded to whoever purchased it, in full, any time.
Once a gift is activated, the same policy above applies to whoever activated it — full refund before proof approval, reprint for our errors after. The original purchaser can no longer request a refund once the gift has been activated, since the recipient is the one approving what gets printed.
