I understand that:

I am receiving a complimentary Yearmake book in exchange for granting this permission.
I will not receive additional payment or compensation for Yearmake's use of these materials.
Yearmake may use all or portions of the book and may edit or adapt the materials for marketing purposes.
I have the authority to grant permission for my child's image and likeness.
For other prominently identifiable people appearing in materials I submit, I have the rights or permissions necessary for Yearmake's intended use.
