Yearmake SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Description
Yearmake offers an optional SMS messaging program to support customers in creating their family yearbook and related storytelling products. Messages may include time-based prompts to submit photos or written reflections, reminders, confirmations, service notifications, and customer support messages related to an active Yearmake account or purchase.
SMS messages are transactional and service-related only and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-in
You opt in to the Yearmake SMS program by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number during account creation or checkout on the Yearmake website and affirming consent via a clear opt-in checkbox, or by replying START when prompted.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Yearmake at the number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your stage in the book creation process. During active prompt periods, you may receive several messages per week. Frequency may decrease or stop once your book is completed.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Yearmake is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile numbers, opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
